1. Gerber file: This is the PCB circuit board manufacturing file, which includes information such as the number of layers, circuits, silk screen printing, component positions, wires, connection points, etc. of the PCB, and is the basis for manufacturing PCBs.
2. Schematic and wiring diagram: The schematic shows the logical relationship and component connection method of the circuit, while the wiring diagram details the layout and direction of the wires on the circuit board.
3. Bill of Materials (BOM): The BOM lists detailed information about all electronic components used on the PCBA, including component type, package type, component value, manufacturer, and manufacturer part number.
4. MCU program file: MCU is a single-chip microcomputer, and MCU program refers to the chip program burned in MCU, used to control the operation of PCBA.
5. Engineering Description: Detailed description of the design requirements, performance specifications, and special requirements of PCBA, which may include welding requirements, testing requirements, processing methods for special components, and other information.
6. PCBA mounting coordinate file: This file is used for SMT mounting process and mainly indicates the position where electronic components are mounted.
7. Sample components: If there are special components, manufacturers may require samples of these components to ensure that they can be installed and tested correctly.
8. Testing fixtures and procedures: If there are special testing requirements, relevant testing fixtures and procedures need to be provided to ensure the proper functioning of the PCBA.
9. Production documents: If there are special manufacturing requirements, the manufacturer may need to provide relevant production documents, such as assembly drawings and process specifications.
