SMT chip inductors mainly include stacked inductors and wound inductors. Stacked inductors have a small volume and stable inductance, making them suitable for high-density assembly; The wound inductance has a large inductance and a wide adjustable range, but its volume is relatively large, making it suitable for applications with high inductance requirements.
4. Diode and transistor
In SMT surface mount processing, common diodes include ordinary diodes and light-emitting diodes (LEDs). In addition to unidirectional conductivity, LEDs can also emit light and are widely used in indicator lights, display screens, and other applications. The transistor has amplification and switching functions, and SMT surface mount transistors mainly include NPN and PNP types, which are suitable for different circuit requirements.

The commonly used integrated circuit packaging forms in SMT surface mount processing include SOP, SOIC, QFP, BGA, etc. These packaging forms each have their own characteristics and are suitable for different application scenarios, such as memory, microprocessors, high pin count ICs, etc.
